The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.
The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories, and the order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed.
In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free after the specified time, and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.
In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

The Orders placed by you on the Platform are non-cancellable and non-refundable via self-serve under the MINUTES delivery option, owing to quick delivery times, except if cancellation/refund is requested via Customer Experience Agent under the following circumstances:
- The Order could not be delivered within the estimated time that was displayed while placing the order;
- The Order has not been picked by the Delivery Partner;
- The Seller has not accepted or has canceled the Order due to reasons not attributable to You.

- Any other reason that the Platform may update from time to time
We reserve the right to cancel your order, in whole or in part, for reasons including product unavailability, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), suspected fraudulent activity, violation of our Terms of Use, or logistical constraints. In all instances of cancellation (by us), you will not be charged for the canceled order. Any payments you have already made will be promptly refunded within 5-7 business days for any cancellations. Our return, cancellation, and refund policies may be subject to additional reasonable terms and conditions. These will be communicated to you periodically through the Platform’s push notifications or other communication methods as outlined within these Terms or as determined by Olamagribazar.in.
Return and Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Read more. If any issue with our product, we will only replace it, but you have to submit a video proof while opening the product for the first time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will not accept any returns in case you purchased the product for the wrong model, color, etc. Please do not blame us if, by mistake, you order the wrong product or color because you are asked to confirm and check your order twice on the checkout page.
We will not accept returns in case product is physically damaged by you while installing it or applying it.
We will strictly not accept any returns in case of Tempered Glass because applying tempered glass to smartphone is an art and not every one can be expert in it.
No return request will be accepted in case of minor scratch to product. All our products are brand new and well packed so there is no point that you will receive a scratched or used product from our end.
No return request will be accepted for availability of same product at cheaper price from anywhere else.
In case you receive a broken, damage or any type of fitting issues with item from our end kindly share its image with us same day we will provide you replacement for that.
In case you receive a missing item from our end then you can inform us we will ship that missing product to you very next day.
In case you received different product your return request will be accepted but you need to share the images of product you received with us.
In case your return request is accepted we will arrange a reverse pickup for your order. All you need to do is pack the product nicely and mention our address over it.
Once you hand over the package to pickup guy please do not forget to share the tracking details and pickup receipt with us over mail.
In case your pickup is not done on any particular day by 7 PM you can inform us via mail. We will rearrange it for next day.
There may be chances that we might not be able to arrange your reverse pickup due to lack of courier service facilities in particular areas like rural areas or village area. In such cases you need to ship the product back to us on your own expense and share the receipt and shipping charges with us.
In case of customer self-ship, we will provide shipping charges to the customer in the form of a cash voucher or coupon code, which they can use to order any other product from our website, and they will get a discount of the same amount on that order.
Refund (If Applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. If you cancel your order before your product is shipped, we will refund the amount after deducting a nominal cancellation charge of 2% and applicable GST.
